Tried garlic parmesan chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. For RM18.90, it's worth it for the serving size. However, service time could've been improved. Waited 35 minutes for takeaway order. Parking is limited.

I must say, I absolutely adore their matcha — both the matcha latte and the Zirty Matcha were delightful. The smoothness and the balance of sweetness were just right, making each sip thoroughly enjoyable. Also tried their toffee nut coffee, which was absolutely delightful. It had a lovely, buttery richness with deep caramel undertones and a gentle nuttiness that rounded off the flavour beautifully. Each sip felt warm and indulgent — like a quiet hug in a cup. Ordered the creamy tom yum pasta, which brought back fond memories of a café I frequented during my university days in Perlis. It had a similar nostalgic flavour, though I dare say this version was even better. The portion was impressively generous — full marks for that. On a previous visit, I tried the chicken tenders, and they were enormous — so much so that I was genuinely taken aback. A generous surprise, to say the least. The ambience of the café reminds me of the moon — calm, gentle, and quietly inviting, much like the name ‘Bulan’ suggests. The background music was played at just the right volume — soft and unobtrusive, almost like the kind you’d find in a quaint English café. It created a space that felt both peaceful and thoughtfully curated.

Mid afternoon, spur of the moment visit. They have utilised the previous cafe’s floor plan which works well. Menu is very generic for the Kota Bharu cafe scene but ok. We had chicken chop and chicken tenders (which should be available in two sizes as 6 pieces, although lovely was too much). Americano coffee nice and well made. They cooked with clean oil and I hope they keep up standards like that. Maybe a ‘today’s special’ might work well and a more visual menu, on the wall perhaps. Smile more and best of luck .

One of the best chicken tenders in town. I've repeat more than 3 times creamy tomyam pasta is the best, mi kari also very delicious with big portion. But sometimes the waiting is too long, need to improve on that. Overall it's a very good experience.
